This is deep dive into your Inner Worlds through Breathwork Journeys, Shamanic/Dreamtime Journeys, Integration Calls, 1:1 Energy Healing, Shadow Work, Inner Child Healing, and Embodiment Practices. Connect with your authentic Self and begin to align with the life your heart is calling you towards.
Meet your Spirit Guides, learn to work with your Spirit Animal Allies, learn how to safely travel into non-ordinary realms of consciousness and receive guidance, insight, support, and clarity on your journey through this miracle of Life, as well as support during the integration process.

What you receive

There will be two group Breathwork Journey every month, taking place every other week (4 total). Breathwork Journeys are often life-changing experiences, granting you access to your subconscious realms and allowing you to heal past wounds and traumas, clear blockages to love and prosperity, gain clarity on your path ahead, and truly empower yourself with your most precious resource, your Breath.

Receive guidance and support through weekly group Integration Calls (8 total). These are powerful calls to share your experiences within the Embodied Alchemy program, whether they be from Shamanic Journeys, Breathwork Journeys or anything else that may be arising for you. Join together in a community of like-minded people as you explore your Inner Worlds.

Learn how to safely and consistently journey in the Dreamtime, the Shamanic realms of existence, to gain insights, wisdom, and clarity as you carry out your life’s mission. Meet your Spirit Animal Allies, Spirit Guides, and other benevolent Beings who are here to assist you in this walk of Life. Each week will consist of 3-4 Dreamtime Journeys, each designed to build off of the last and reveal the immense wisdom living within you.

Receive one private Reiki/Shamanic Energy Healing session per month (2 total) and clear the energetic channels within all levels of the body. These sessions are powerful ways to release energies that no longer serve, heal on the physical, mental, and emotional levels, and activate the body’s natural healing capabilities, ultimately creating more space for what you desire to flow into your life.

Receive guidance and support in your personal journey through Embodied Alchemy with private 60-90 minute Integration Calls once per month (2 total). Each call will consist of support and guidance with what is arising in your personal process, as well as personalized embodiment practices to support your integration of the program materials.

Each week will have a specific focus, such as Shadow Work, Inner Child Healing, Discovering your Purpose, and more. Through guided exercises, journal prompts, reading materials, Dreamtime Journeys, and more, heal the past and empower your present, priming you to step fully into the path of your unique Destiny.

As part of the Embodied Alchemy group program, you will have access to a WhatsApp Support Group, where you can reach out at any time for additional support with integration or to share and celebrate your experiences from the program!
This group chat will remain open long after the 8 week program has finished, allowing you to stay in touch with the other participants in this program and continue to share your journey.

Meet your facilitator:
Greg Moran
Greg Moran is a Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki/Shamanic Energy Healer, Meditation Guide, Embodiment Coach, and Nature Connection Guide. His approach to his work is centered around nervous system regulation and embodied presence, where the body’s innate wisdom can be accessed and received, leading to profound healing and growth in all areas of one’s experience of life.
Through healing his body from ulcerative colitis using all natural means, he experienced the intimate connection and interplay between the physical and spiritual planes of reality. As a result, he began to explore more deeply the practices and modalities that bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual experiences.
This led him to study as a Breathwork Journey facilitator, a practice that has profoundly changed the trajectory of his life through the deep spiritual insights gained through Breathwork Journeys. He has been facilitating Breathwork Journeys around the world at workshops and retreats for the past two years. Breathwork Journeys have been the single biggest catalyst to Greg’s personal growth and transformation and he is passionate about sharing these experiences with others.
Due to the immense energetic clearing that Breathwork Journeys facilitate within the body’s systems, Greg began to realize his intuitive abilities greatly increasing. Around two years ago, he spontaneously had his first Shamanic Journey during his daily morning meditation practice. It was such a profound experience that it is has been a daily part of his practice ever since. To further hone this skill, Greg began mentoring underneath a shaman while living in San Diego, CA, instructing him in energy healing, plant/animal/crystal communication, and most notably, Shamanic Journeying. This allowed him to make quantum leaps in his understanding of these realms, as well as how best to traverse these non-physical landscapes and integrate the immense wisdom gained from these journeys.
Greg firmly believes that everyone can gain access to these realms and learn to journey safely within them, allowing one to receive personal insight, clarity, and support wherever they may be on their path through life. In sharing these modalities with others, Greg seeks to lay the foundations for others to experience and embody greater levels of connection with Self, Community, and Mother Nature, as well as live the life their Heart knows is possible.
